Meet Mehran Shafiei— Founder & Project Leader
Mehran is a seasoned structural engineer and construction project manager with a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and a career spanning the UK, UAE, and Iran. He has led multidisciplinary teams, resolved complex technical challenges, and achieved a 99% planning permission approval rate.
His expertise includes:
- Structural design and compliance
- Planning consultancy and regulatory negotiation
- Technical troubleshooting in Revit and AutoCAD
- Digital workflow integration using BIM and AI Tools
Mehran is currently preparing for Building Inspector registration via CBICAS, assembling a portfolio that reflects his deep understanding of UK building regulations and site-based inspection protocols. His leadership style blends strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving — always focused on delivering value to clients.
